Vegetation type is an important predictor of the arctic summer land surface energy budget

Jacqueline Oehri and Gabriela Schaepman-Strub and co-authors found that the type of vegetation covering the land surface does matter for summer energy fluxes, and hence climate warming induced vegetation shifts will lead to changes in energy fluxes published in Nature communications.
