Annabelle Constance and coauthors determined that the area of mangrove forest has increased on the Aldabra Atoll over the last 21 years

Annabelle Constance and coauthors determined that there was an increase of  mean mangrove extent on the Aldabra Atoll in the Seychelles over the past 21 years. This positive result is exciting as globally mangrove forests are decreasing at a rate higher than most other tropical forests.
