Step 1:  Registration for the conference, and payment of the registration fees

Remember that registration and registration payment need to be done in one go - you can not go back to your registration and pay at a later time.

Note the conference code that you receive by email. 

Step 2: Payment of accommodation and meals for the duration of the conference
